My journey led me from the kitchens of California to the vibrant streets of New York, Las Vegas, Cape Cod, Boston, and overseas. The brand is only 10 years old, but before it was fully realized, its roots were being stirred over 2 1/2 decades ago. It has evolved into an immersive experience that celebrates community, nostalgia, and the joys of sharing a table. It provokes guests to savor each dish- where every ingredient is chosen with intention and every seat carries a story. My culinary journey took me from raw dog kitchens to haute cuisine, spanning diners and yachts, hotels and restaurants, from coast to coast and even abroad. Through long[er] hours and [really] hard work, I learned that food was more than just sustenance- it was an experience. Much like life, a meal is crafted with care, imagination, and the perfect ingredients. And when you **** it up, you pivot. When one gains knowledge by working in various types of kitchens, one realizes that food is more than a meal, it’s an experience. A mentor showed me how to be honest with myself and make sense of it. It’s all about connecting, learning and creating something awesome. That’s what dining means to me. My exposure became nothing but a means to carry memories and emotions, much like how cooking is not just about the act itself but about creating a vibe. And by transforming the raw into something remarkable, you grow and showcase a bit of yourself on a plate, and when people enjoy it, that’s its own ultimate reward.
